TL;DR
Rebuilt Walmart's omnichannel shopping experience from the ground up — merging two fragmented apps into one unified platform. I was part of the team of 5 that designed the MVP in 8 weeks. The team grew to 20 and after testing in select stores ramped to 100% of customers by the following year, earning Walmart a Webby Award, and gave the world's largest retailer the digital infrastructure it needed to go head-to-head with Amazon. WMT stock has grown over 275% since launch.
