I'm a design leader with a decade of experience building products and teams at scale. I'm currently leading Search and Gen AI at one of the world's largest retail platforms — owning end-to-end discovery from strategy to execution. I started in the San Francisco startup world and over the last six years at Walmart have grown from IC into leadership — helping scale the design org from 150 to 300 people and leading the kind of ambiguous 0→1 work that requires both strategic clarity and strong craft.

What I love most about leadership is watching people grow and building cultures where people do their best work. That's what drives me as much as the customer problems themselves.

When I'm not designing, I'm usually outside. I'm a retired athlete whose current obsession is backpacking — I've biked the California coast from San Francisco to LA, hiked Patagonia's W-Trek, and walked the Camino de Santiago across Northern Spain.
